Here is how our refund policy works. Breezy Hill Blooms LLC of Hoosick Falls, NY stands behind every product we sell. We offer our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower bouquet we have delivered, simply contact us by phone at the earliest convenience. We will refund your purchase "OR" replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you. All refunds are subject to approval by Breezy Hill Blooms, LLC. In the event of a refund situation, We will collect the product after inspection and approval of claim whereas the funds will be distributed back through our payment processor. Please be patient, as refunds are done electronically and may take a longer than expected period of time to process through your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
In the event of an exchange, we will redeliver the product equal of value again, at no additional charge to you - your satisfaction is the most important to us! Fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We cannot exchange any payments toward a workshop or event for another product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All our delivery products are hand-delivered, in correspondence to current CDC guidelines. Therefore, all items once left with your personnel, will no longer be available for exchange or refund, due to their perishable state. We do however, issue a packet of flower-food and care guidelines with each bouquet and flower purchase to extend their natural vase life. Natural vase-life varies between species! However, usually 4-7 days is a good rule of thumb.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
